Terms of Use


All shipping is done via Australia Post. If your email address is supplied to us we will email you the consignment number of the parcel so you can track it’s progress.  

Goods will be shipped within two business days from order placement. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

  Australia : Delivery is made using Australia Post Eparcel Service (Signature required).  

International : Australia Post (Signature required), $25.00 flat shipping fee.  

Australia Post estimates delivery time within Australia to be approximately 5 to 10 business days.


I.O.Shen Mastergrade Knives & BOLT Action Sports Knives

.  Knife Cru guarantees any knife product that it sells, to be free from defect in material, construction or workmanship for the life of the product under normal use. This excludes damage caused by misuse or accident. This warranty extends only to the product's original purchaser.  

Chips in the knife blades, broken knife tips, discolorations from food and rust spots are not covered.

.  Knife Cru will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. To return any item for any reason the customer must arrange for return postage by Australia Post. Knife Cru will refund the cost of normal registered post for any return where Knife Cru was at fault.

Knife Cru will replace any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase as long as the purchase is returned in its original condition including its packaging. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refunded for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to Knife Cru at the customer's cost and risk.
